CO-PUBLISHING DEAL
In a Co-Publishing Deal, the Publisher is entitled to some of the copyright
for the negotiated Term, usually fifty percent. The Publisher is also entitled to a
negotiated percentage of royalties called the Publishers Share. As above, usually
the Publisher actively pursues placement of the song and negotiates and executes all the
contracts.
