DO I REGISTER AS WRITER OR PUBLISHER?
If you are a Writer, in most cases you register as such. Some writers establish their own
publishing company and do all the legwork themselves to promote their own music to films,
TV, commercials, sheet music, etc. . Others decide to hire another entity to take this on
for them.
