Future Music Mogul Meatloaf
Makes 6 servings
Ingredients:

1lb ground beef
-
½lb ground pork
-
1 cup fine, dry breadcrumbs
or 2/3 cup crushed saltine crackers

1/3 cup chopped onion
-
¼ cup chopped green bell pepper
-
¼ cup milk
-
1 egg
-
¼ cup steak sauce (Heinz 57)
-
1 teaspoon salt
-
¼ teaspoon pepper
-
3 strips bacon or turkey bacon, cut in half
-
More steak sauce (Heinz 57)
Method:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix all ingredients except bacon and extra steak sauce. Shape into a loaf. Spread steak
sauce on top and sides. Top with bacon slice halves.
Bake 1½ hours. Serve.
Excellent with baked squash.
