PACKING VS NO PACKING IN RHINOPLASTY
MBADC: I was reading your website, and I noticed theres no packing involved
now? Thats amazing!
BA: Yes. I mean, there are many doctors that do use that packing, and many
doctors that dont. But over the last two years, Ive changedI used to use
packing, but over the past two years Ive stopped using packing, and Ive had
really no problems with it. And the patients feel so much better.
MBADC: That would be my biggest fear, I would think.
BA: I had rhinoplasty myself when I was much younger, and that packing was the
worst thing I have ever gone through in my life. So, Im sensitive to the patients
with regard to the packing.
