Pirates Holiday
Makes 1 drink
Cracked ice
1/2 teaspoon orange flower water
1 teaspoon maraschino cherry juice
1 oz Meyer's Dark Rum
Top off with Coca Cola
Sword-shaped swizzle stick threaded with a small lime wedge, thin orange
slice, and maraschino cherry
Put ice in double old fashioned glass. Pour orange flower water over ice,
twirling glass and jiggling ice. Add cherry juice and rum; stir. Top off
with Coke; stir lightly. Garnish with Sword-shaped swizzle stick threaded
with a small lime wedge, thin orange slice, and maraschino cherry.
Non-alcoholic version: Proceed as above, omitting rum, and using 1/4
teaspoon rum extract, if desired.
