Refresher Salad
Recipe by Darcie-Nicole Wicknick
1/2 cup washed, torn, dark leafy greens (mesculin, romaine,
escarole, green leaf, and/or watercress)
1/2 can chilled Lindsay Burgundy Olives, Italian flavor
sprinkle oregano
sprinkle parmesan cheese
sprinkle lemon dill (unsalted)
1 can sliced waterchestnuts (heat them up and then chill)
6-10 almonds, hazelnuts, or walnuts
3 coarsely cut celery heart stalks (washed well)
1 coarsely cut larger carrot (peeled and washed well)
Combine all ingredients and enjoy!
