Scott Pang has worked in the music industry for 24
years and has been an agent at both ICM and William Morris. Artists he’s worked with
over the years include Rod Stewart, Barry Manilow, Diane Reeves, David Lee Roth, and many
others. Scott Pang was also the director of touring for the Ice Capades and Harlem
Globetrotters. Currently he is an agent at ICM.
MBADC: God wants you to assemble the ultimate tour. You can use
any musicians, living or dead, but none of your current clients. For a two or three artist
bill, who would you get, and what’s the order of performance? And by the way, since
it’s God doing it, there are no label relationships or industry politics involved.
SP [long pause] I would say The Beatles. Bring the Beatles back out, being
supported by The Dave Clark Five. That would be difficult, but that would be so much fun.
