The Starving Musician Recipes
Summer Sprig Iced Tea
Recipe by Darcie-Nicole Wicknick
Makes 2 quarts
Boil 2 cups of water
Put 14 regular tea bags and 3 mint tea bags in a 2-cup measuring cup (Heat
proof glass such as Pyrex)
Pour water over tea bags and steep for 10 minutes
Pour tea brew into a 2-quart pitcher (1/2 gallon) and fill the rest of the
pitcher with cold water.
Squeeze the juice of one good sized lime into the pitcher or reserve for
individual servings.
Serve with or without ice. Recommend unsweetened.
